Our Sales and Business Development team seeks the services of an experienced Business Development professional with the ability to build high-value, long term business relationships to convert our existing opportunity pipeline and to promote our online solution in Western Australia.
A successful applicant will work within the Sales and Business Development team as it consults across industry to clients, project managers/contracts administrators and head contractors with respect to best practice project delivery initiatives.
You must have a track record of success and experience in consultative selling in the construction industry, mining, and/or energy industries. Preference will be given to applicants with experience of web-based project management platforms and/or other software applications.
Strong regard will also be given to applicants with pre-existing relationships with leading stakeholders within our target industries including clients, project managers, head contractors, architects, engineers, and consultants.
In addition you will be able to demonstrate a history of successful account development and management plus be able to show a record of excellence in building and maintaining a sales pipeline, with accurate assessments of the likely return on current and projected opportunities.
The ideal candidate will be personable, engaging and well respected for your knowledge and your ability to develop sound business solutions for clients.
Car and driver’s license essential.

We have a position available for a Help Desk Support person inour Lane Cove office.
You will need to be adaptable, hard-working, accurate and have an excellent telephone manner.
We are seeking a genuinely customer-focused Help Desk Consultant to join our software support team. Ideally you will have some experience assisting customers over the phone. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about providing support, a real problem solver and willing to pitch in as necessary.
This role is telephone based software support and you will preferably have experience in taking ownership of customer support issues including analysis, escalation and management through to resolution.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Acquiring a detailed knowledge of ProjectCentre
- Taking phone calls and emails from customers including logging and resolving issues.
- Ensure business growth by maintaining client satisfaction within our currently installed user base.
The successful candidate will:
- Ideally have a working knowledge of the construction industry, or have experience in collaborative project management software.
- Have a capacity to understand technical issues.
- Be capable ofanalytical thinking and have a positive attitude.
- Behighly motivated and well organised.
The candidate will:
- Have an easily understood telephone manner.
- Have Excellent written communication skills, including spelling, grammar and punctuation.
- Have a genuine commitment and interest in delivering excellent service to the customer

ProjectCentre will offer training in the specific aspects of the role, but a person with Help Desk experience would be an advantage. Prior experience with project management software applications for the construction industry will be highly regarded.
This is not a hardware/network help desk role. Nevertheless, it requires good technical skills and analytical thinking in order to provide excellent customer service.
